Irish companies participating in this week’s Enterprise Ireland trade mission to the Czech Republic and Poland, led by Minister for Small Business, John Perry TD, have secured new contracts with a potential value of €17m and agreed significant business alliances across a range of sectors.

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD today (Friday) announced the establishment of a small Entrepreneurship Advisory Forum to advise and support his Department and to influence policy in the area of entrepreneurship. The Forum will be chaired by entrepreneur and investor Sean O’ Sullivan.

Government must ensure that the right regulatory balance is struck if opportunities for economic growth and job creation are to be maximised, according to Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton TD.
