As part of its US expansion plans, Voxpro recently opened a new centre of excellence in Folsom, California. The Folsom office will initially employ 100 people, with plans to create a further 700 jobs over the next 18 months. This represents a hugely significant step for the company.

Welcoming today’s announcement in Cork, An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny said: “The creation of 400 new jobs by Voxpro is fantastic news for Cork and a boost to the reputation of the South West region as a growing hub for innovative companies. The Government is determined to maintain a positive environment for enterprise to grow and create new jobs so that we can keep the recovery going. It is companies like Voxpro that are leading the charge in Ireland’s recovery. Creating jobs at home, expanding internationally and creating an excitement about the innovation coming out of Ireland."

Welcoming the announcement, the Minister for Jobs Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, said: At the centre of our jobs plan is supporting a powerful engine of Irish industry alongside the strong multinational sector we have built up. A key element of that strategy is to grow Irish companies on a global scale. Voxpro, a highly innovative company winning business from iconic global brands, is a role model for the highly innovative and ambitious Irish companies my Department supports through Enterprise Ireland, and a great example of what we are trying to achieve with our plan. Today’s announcement of 400 new jobs is a huge and very welcome boost for Cork. I wish Voxpro every success as they continue to innovate and grow their international footprint, creating much-needed jobs here in Ireland.”

Speaking at the announcement, CEO Dan Kiely said, “Linda and I are so proud to stand before you today marking the announcement of 400 new jobs at Voxpro. Our success to-date has been built on delivering Beautiful Customer Experience (BCX) in partnership with, and on behalf of, our partners which we do through the hard work, talent and determination of our team of extraordinary people.”

“With team members from more than 26 countries, innovatively transacting business in as many as 18 different languages, our multilingual graduate talent pool is undoubtedly the key to our success. As a business, we firmly believe that it’s no longer sufficient to provide world-class products or services to the market – that’s a given! To be truly considered a global leader, it’s necessary to deliver a unique offering with extremely highly levels of innovation. That’s what we strive to deliver 24/7, 365 days a year here at Voxpro.”

Voxpro’s international and indigenous partners include iconic brands that are truly changing the world such as Google, Airbnb, Nest, Etsy, Stripe, Red Bubble and Weebly. Established by co-founders, Dan and Linda Kiely 20 years ago, Voxpro operates successfully from three purpose built facilities in Cork, as well as offices in Dublin, San Francisco and Folsom, with major global expansion plans over the coming years.
