Approved Seasonal Employer (ASE) application form for employers operating in the seasonal harvesting sector.

ASE status is required in order to be eligible to apply for SEPs to employ workers for the short term 2027 picking season. Applications for Seasonal Employment Permits (SEP) will be invited from ASEs from 1 January 2027. 

Completed ASE applications should be emailed to empu@enterprise.gov.ie by 12 December 2026.
